Cut Room

Every job is handled one at a time, start to finish.

Custom Door Delivery

Each set of custom doors is ordered and received at Cabinet Cures. They are then unwrapped and prepared for the spray booth. We take great care in protecting the doors through the entire process to guarantee the doors are up to our standard for install.

Spray Booth

Once doors are delivered and refacing material is cut, we bring it over to the production facility. Wet coat, dry coat, and proprietary water-based stains are applied by our team.

Curing Process

Once all the doors are sprayed, they are set out to dry before being carefully packed and prepared for shipping and delivery to our franchise locations to be installed in your home.
